We’re planning to visit more places in 2018, here in the Philippines and maybe outside the country. We just love going to the beach, or enjoying nature, and eating lots of food!

This is our very first travel planner and I hope to use it very soon. I still print my personal planner pages every month, so I’ll only use the travel planner from this set.

How to print your mini travel planner

This half size planner was made to be a daily companion that you can carry around. Print the PDF file on US Letter size paper and cut in half.

You can also make an A5 mini planner by printing this on A4 paper and cutting in half. Make sure to choose FIT under page sizing on your printer settings. Printing on A4 leaves more white space on the sides of the planner pages.

Cut the printed pages in half and assemble on your half letter size or A5 ring binder. I will give more detailed instructions for each page as I describe them below.

2018 calendar and planner pages for your best year ever

2018 monthly planner spread and weekly planner

Use the monthly planner spread to plot our activities for each month, goals, and other notes. The left side can be used for writing down ideas for travel or for other things. I also included a blank planner so you can use this set for any other year!

For this half size planner, the weekly planner spread starts from Monday to weekends, plus more space for notes. I did this weekly spread on 2 pages so you have enough space to use it as an itinerary page.

Print each monthly spread back to back with a weekly spread, then cut in half.

Add more weekly planner pages by printing the weekly planner on two sides of another paper, then cutting it in half. Assemble these pages between 2 monthly spreads.

Pretty cover page, goal-setting, 2018 calendar and future log (pages 1-5)

For this half size planner, I chose to do a black and white design. I found these very cute travel doodles at the hungryjpeg.com that you can also purchase, and you’ll also support this blog if you do so!

Before you start planning, set your goals for 2018. Prepare the goal-setting pages and set aside an hour to answer them. Print out pages 2 and 3 back to back and then cut in half.

Print the cover page on one paper. Then print the 2018 calendar and the future log back to back on another paper (pages 4 and 5).

Use the future log to plot out travels and activities for the year.

Travel planner pages for a year of adventure

Travel overview+itinerary and travel checklist  (pages 6-9)

Use these travel pages with your existing planner or print out as needed. Or print out all the pages and make your ultimate travel planner!

Print pages 6 and 7 back to back to create your travel overview and itinerary. Use one set for every destination and write down places to visit, things to do, and food to eat.

Page 7 is an itinerary spread for more detailed planning. This includes date and time of travel, itinerary, transportation, accommodation and budget.

Print pages 8 and 9 back to back and cut in half to make 2 travel checklists. There’s extra space so you can add more items as needed.

Bucket lists, contacts page plus dotted paper! (pages 10-14)

I made 3 bucket lists for more fun – travel bucket list, beach bucket list and hiking bucket list! Write down where to go or what to do, then check them off or color the icons when done. Print each page twice on the same paper and cut in half.

The contacts page is for people you meet on the road and important contact numbers for your itinerary. Print out this page back to back on the same paper and cut in half.

Lastly, I always add dotted paper for your planner ideas! Print this page back to back and cut in half, then add to your planner as needed.

These are all the planner pages of our very first travel planner!
