UPDATE: Check out the updated version of these beautiful planner pages.
As promised, here are our planner pages to help you plan your beautiful year. I was inspired by the beautiful bullet journal layouts on Pinterest when making this free printable 2018 planner. That’s why I included some pages that you can use to create your personalized trackers and journals!
OUR VERY FIRST MINI PLANNER
Print out each planner spread on US Letter paper size and cut in half. These are large files so make sure to fit to page when you print. For more printing tips, please click here. Here are some half US Letter binders at Amazon.
UPDATE: We also have another PDF file so you can print the halfsize pages individually. Plus I made an updated version of these planner pages for 2019!
THE YEARLY PLAN / FUTURE LOG
Write down goals for the year and break them down into monthly targets. You may also use this to write down birthdays and other special dates or celebrations. There’s also space for goals next year in case you wish to plan ahead.
THE MONTHLY PLANNER
Our monthly planner has space for 6 weeks to make each day has its own space. There’s also a place for more notes to keep you organized. You can also use this as a reading log, special tracker, or as a dedicated planner for very special occasions! Write special headings on the space above or add doodles for each month.
THE WEEKLY PLANNER
Our weekly planner has more space for each day, and a place for weekly goals and more notes. Mix and match this with journal pages or dot paper and add your personal touch.
THE JOURNAL PAGES
Use the special journal pages as your daily log or add more lines to create a habit tracker. These have more than 31 lines to include all the days of each month. You can use these as special pages for your collection of inspiring quotes, books you’ve read, or as a gratitude journal!
THE DOT PAPER
Lastly, I’ve added a dot paper spread for your creativity! Use these to add more trackers, or use them for your monthly title pages. For more bullet journal layouts and ideas, check this link.

Throughout the year, I’ve been printing my monthly bullet journal booklet. So I made a second PDF file that you can use to print this floral planner to make a monthly booklet. Enjoy!
