How to use your daily gratitude journal
Write the date then use the thankful list to jot down what you are thankful for today. My husband writes 3 things on his journal every day and you can also start with that.
Today’s special is for remembering the food that you enjoyed the most. There are days when you can’t think of things to be thankful for, and an easy way to jumpstart your list is to think of food that you had that day.
I included 2 pages with 4 templates so you can have more options for printing. You can print 4 templates on one page or print 8 templates and use them as stickers.
